ZERO FG Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    1. We accept returns on all merchandise items (t-shirts, hoodies, hats) for exchanges, refunds, or store credit, within 10 days of receiving your order.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    1. All drinks are final sale unless unforeseen issues arise.
  3. Return Process

    2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
    3. Once approved, ship the item(s) to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Refunds
    1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within three business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
    2. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  5. Exchanges

  6. Damaged or Defective Items
    1. If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within one day. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
    2. We try our best to minimize any damage to your cans, but sometimes the shipping process lets us down. If the cans are dented, that can be normal. If they are leaking upon arrival, please contact us at the information below. We will work on resolving the issue.
